Acquisition
Based on a deep understanding of local markets and a thorough evaluation of investment opportunities and transactions, the acquisition team conduct and co-ordinate financial, legal, technical, and structural due diligence on potential investments, in addition to providing market intelligence and analysis of trends in targeted markets.

Legal
Under the guidance of our Chief Legal Counsel, this team is responsible for managing both legal and acquisition issues of our investments, including compliance.

Finance
The Finance team at Gaw Capital Partners prepares quarterly and annual reports including balance sheet, income statement and status report on investments and operations. The team is also critical in structuring transactions with banks in terms of financing needs and tax planning efficiency.



 Asset Management
The Asset Management team is Gaw Capital Partners' frontline managers and responsible for managing our investments in different asset classes. Our operating platforms in retail, hospitality and development are built from our history as operators to institutional capital partners and are tailor-made for the challenging regulatory environments in China and some other high barrier-to-entry markets.

Each asset management team member comes with a proven track record and extensive experience in strategic and operational expertise in retail, hospitality, mixed-use commercial, and residential projects across Asia. They are also responsible for ensuring a robust accounting and cash control system at the project level.

Capital Markets / Investor Relations
The Capital Markets team at Gaw Capital Partners serves as the central point of contact for all existing and prospective investors in providing timely updates and internal coordination for investors communications. The team is responsible for the coordination and distribution of all quarterly reports and handling of investors queries with a goal to provide transparent and appropriate disclosure to investor on a timely basis.
