Gaw Capital Partners Privacy Policy Japan Addendum

This Gaw Capital Partners Privacy Policy Japan Addendum (the “Addendum”) supplements and should be read with the Gaw Capital Partners Privacy Policy https://www.gawcapital.com/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”) and applies to personal data which is subject to the Act on Protection of Personal Information of Japan (the “APPI”).

Joint use of Personal Data
We will jointly use all items of Personal Data we obtain for the purposes described in “Use of your information” of the Privacy Policy between Gaw Capital Advisors Japan K.K. (“Gaw Japan”) and GC Advisors Holdings Limited and its affiliates (“Gaw Capital Associates”). Gaw Japan will be responsible for the management of Personal Data to be jointly used.

As described in “Joint use of Personal Data”, Gaw Japan provide Personal Data to Gaw Capital Associates and Gaw Japan has taken necessary measures to ensure the continuous implementation of such equivalent measures by Gaw Capital Associates which are the recipients of Personal Data.
