The MixC Shanghai Office Building A, B C & D Four Office Buildings have received LEED v4 Building Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings Gold certification due to several environmentally-friendly features that enhance the development’s sustainability. The buildings are also energy efficient, enhanced by the use of LED lights for the office lobby of Tower A, B & D. The asset management team upgrades the electronic facilities to reduce the use of disposable products and papers. To conserve more energy, only one elevator is available for use and only one light is on in the washroom at night time. Adopted garbage classification is carried out with classified dustbins placed on each floor.
