Gaw Capital Partners Privacy Policy Japan Addendum
This Gaw Capital Partners Privacy Policy Japan Addendum (the “Addendum”) supplements and should be read with the Gaw Capital Partners Privacy Policy https://www.gawcapital.com/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”) and applies to personal data which is subject to the Act on Protection of Personal Information of Japan (the “APPI”).
Joint use of Personal Data
We will jointly use all items of Personal Data we obtain for the purposes described in “Use of your information” of the Privacy Policy between Gaw Capital Advisors Japan K.K. (“Gaw Japan”) and GC Advisors Holdings Limited and its affiliates (“Gaw Capital Associates”). Gaw Japan will be responsible for the management of Personal Data to be jointly used.

International Transfer
Each of the Gaw Capital Associates has established a system necessary to continuously take measures equivalent to those to be taken by Personal Information Handling Business defined under the APPI. As described in “Joint use of Personal Data”, Gaw Japan provide Personal Data to Gaw Capital Associates and Gaw Japan has taken necessary measures to ensure the continuous implementation of such equivalent measures by Gaw Capital Associates which are the recipients of Personal Data. Gaw Capital Partners, through its funds under management, and its consortium partners, acquired 29 Hong Kong-based community shopping centers and associated facilities in March 2018 and March 2019.

People’s Place aspires to transform obsolete commercial facilities into vibrant community hubs by creatively utilizing its space and bringing brand new experiences to residents, tenants and community stakeholders.
In partnership with experienced educators in China, Gaw Capital has invested in the development and operations of Stellart International School of Arts (SISA), an international arts education platform in China. The platform is initially seeded by a commercial site conveniently located in Sanshan New Town in Nanhai, Foshan, which has excellent connectivity nationally via the Guangzhou South Station. The site has a GFA of c.50,000 sqm in total. Operating under the SISA brand and developed by Gaw Capital Partners, the school houses up to 600 full-time high school students in its 6-storey tall academic block and 7-floor dormitory.
