(Singapore, 14 February, 2017) – Singapore’s hottest and newest lifestyle hotel is now officially open, along with its in-vogue dining concept: Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar. The highly anticipated restaurant aims to excite the taste buds of locals and hotel guests alike, by delivering genuine, trendy and convivial experiences.
“We’re thrilled to offer locals and travelers a lifestyle concept that offers a more holistic experience; in that it becomes more of a neighborhood hangout as opposed to just a standalone hotel offering. For now, we are pleased to introduce Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar; one of our two dining establishments that will add to our communal vibe. Additionally, we hope that this combination will appeal to today’s travelers who are sensitive to design, culture and entertainment and looking for an alternative atmosphere,” said Mr Jason Dowd, General Manager of Hotel G Singapore.
He added, “At Hotel G Singapore, we also pay special attention to the source of our ingredients in our restaurants. We put emphasis on seeking the best and freshest ingredients by working closely with our distributors to ensure we deliver an authentic dining experience.”
Gourmet Meets Lifestyle
Known for its love to connect people, Hotel G Singapore extends this concept into its two restaurants: Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar on the 14th of February and 25 Degrees Burger & Liquor Bar, which is set to open its doors end of February.
Conveniently located on the ground floor, Ginett is a trendy all-day bistro-style restaurant and wine bar, making it the ideal spot to mix and mingle and make new friends in the city. The cosy venue serves happy hour prices all day, where patrons can choose from more than 15 varieties of wine, sparkling or champagne by the glass, all starting from a pocket-friendly price of just SGD$6 per glass and SGD$30 by the bottle.
What’s more, Ginett offers an unparalleled wine list which includes some of the finest French wines in the city. Specially sourced and handpicked by a team of culinary specialists, guests can choose from an expansive list of 70 French wines, ranging from fruity to full-bodied. This list will be updated regularly with new additions.
Foodies can rejoice with Ginett’s dining options. The laidback restaurant has something for locals and travelers alike. Guests can kick off their day with an extensive morning buffet feast and even take coffee to go. Attractive set menus make up the lunch hour and are followed by a delightful sweeping dinner spread, complete with an impressive drinks list.
Following the footsteps of its sister properties in Bangkok and Hong Kong under Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant, Ginett draws inspiration from its predecessor by offering the same level of tempting gourmet dishes made from the finest ingredients along with rotisserie items, Mibrasa charcoal grill premium meats, daily specials, imported cold cuts and cheeses that is set to make the restaurant a hit with local foodies. Ginett is open daily, from 7am till late.
Expanding on the hotel’s love for connecting people through culinary delights, Hotel G Singapore will introduce 25 Degrees Burger & Liquor Bar end of February. The newest gourmet burger joint on the block will add a touch of sophistication to Singapore’s gourmet scene. Serving signature burgers in Hollywood, Los Angeles since 2004, 25 Degrees offers a casual, yet upscale dining experience with a unique menu that includes substantial liquor options, specialty cocktails and not-to-be-missed spiked shakes. Much like Hotel G Singapore’s philosophy, 25 Degrees encourages creativity by inviting patrons to customize their own burger with a wide selection of gourmet cheeses and bonus fillings for that extra special flavor.

Gaw Capital Partners, through its funds under management, and its consortium partners, acquired 29 Hong Kong-based community shopping centers and associated facilities in March 2018 and March 2019.
Gaw Capital Partners officially started to operate over 29 assets and facilities near the public estates and established “People’s Place”. “People” stands for the public and the residents, whereas “Place” here is an allusion to the idiomatic Chinese term for a location of virtue and tradition, as well as a well-governed community; “Place” also connotes the solidarity of the local neighborhood. All in all, “People’s Place” stands for a place rich in sentiments and compassion, bringing strangers together in constructing a vibrant, cozy living environment. People’s Place aspires to transform obsolete commercial facilities into vibrant community hubs by creatively utilizing its space and bringing brand new experiences to residents, tenants and community stakeholders.
In partnership with experienced educators in China, Gaw Capital has invested in the development and operations of Stellart International School of Arts (SISA), an international arts education platform in China. The platform is initially seeded by a commercial site conveniently located in Sanshan New Town in Nanhai, Foshan, which has excellent connectivity nationally via the Guangzhou South Station. The site has a GFA of c.50,000 sqm in total. Operating under the SISA brand and developed by Gaw Capital Partners, the school houses up to 600 full-time high school students in its 6-storey tall academic block and 7-floor dormitory.
